This is not simply a recycling of the same market evidence; in many cases, this data accesses areas and properties otherwise not covered by our other data sources.

While valuation figures are confidential between the service provider and its client (typically a bank), we aggregate this data to protect confidentiality, while also increasing market transparency.

This supplementary data provides broader market reach, in a market that still lacks a perfect data source (100% market coverage, full detail, no errors).

Some asking prices are more realistic than others, and listings that are sourced and examined by accredited valuation firms can be used to support mortgage valuations in cases where transactional evidence is limited.

This data is sourced from our association with Cavendish Maxwell, the UAE's largest residential valuation business.
