Price and rent declines continued in Dubai residential market in Q2 2018
Rent declines for residential properties in Dubai averaged 5% for the last 12 months and 2.5 per cent on average quarter on quarter.
Rent declines were markedly steep in areas including International City (clusters), the Greens in Emirates Living, Discovery Gardens and Al Furjan.
